I was strolling through auto trader online and came across car link with a stunning looking Mercedes, I messaged through a chat link which I soon had a reply back, then I had a email from Paul, so two days later I went to see the car, well what can I say it was stunning, I’ve never seen a 9 year old look brand new, the valeting team they have they should be proud of, so I went for a test drive with Paul, after the test drive I thought it’s mine, so I arrived back at the dealership, and I met Reece who organised my finance, no pushy sales tactics, I put a deposit down as I didn’t want anyone else having it, so finance all sorted, and great contact from Reece and Paul, I’ve just collected it, again as promised it’s been served and mot, plus I’ve extended the warranty with ease, and the car has been cleaned again to a great standard, please ignore the negative reviews, I find you treat people how you expect to treated and you get that back, well you do with Paul and reece, as I can not fault these guys.i have not met her but only spoke to her on the phone Paul’s other half always been helpful.

Booked a MOT and Service on my Ford Puma – kind and welcoming staff, professional service. I will be coming back for my future MOT and repairs.

We were due to travel home after our holiday and the engine warning light came up. Plan A , since we were just on border of Ferndown, was to find a local garage/ service centre rather than use breakdown cover we phoned one place up, they said they’d ring back, they didn’t. However en route we saw this place and thought we’d give them a try. Glad we did. Friendly service with diagnostics and fix done for a reasonable price within the hour, McDonalds just next door so the kids were happy at lunch. Fault gone and ~200 mile journey home completed.

Mainly Paul dealt with selling me an Audi Q3. After bad experiences with other garages I’m very cautious when deciding who I give my money to. People buy from people and Paul gave me the trust & confidence and I decided to purchase the car with no hesitation. The other colleagues were really helpful and informative when it came to advice regarding part exchanging my car. I had a very minor hiccup with the Audi, they reviewed and rectified the car immediately. You’ll be in safe hands when buying a car from this garage.

I purchased an Audi All road from this company and they were professional and knowledgeable. The key reason for the feedback however, is when I had some issues with the car. They immediately collected the car, got in touch with the warranty provider and completed the work as necessary. I was kept informed and despite COVID playing its part in staff absence, I can honestly say I think they did their very best in resolving the issues that I had. As somebody that changes cars fairly frequently, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and purchase another car from this company.

I expected to have to battle for the necessary repair and I simply didn’t and it was sorted so it was very refreshing to wholeheartedly recommend this business.

I had my wife’s car up for an Mot recently and when visiting was impressed by the wide range of low mileage cars for sale. I was interested in an Audi A5 & one of the salesman Reece took time to go over the car with me & I was very impressed by the patience , knowledge & best of all no pressure. I bought a car in September 2019 and there was an intermittent problem with the clutch after only a few days. Reece communicated really well with me and after several trips to a local garage a new master and slave cylinder were fitted and it worked perfectly. I sure they hadn’t known about the problem but they took responsibility (as they should have done) without any quibble and I would therefore recommend them.

Happy Days. I have had my 640 for 2 weeks now and still can’t believe it’s mine what a lovely car. I popped into Car-link and met Pat to look at the M6 they had on their web site. I have been looking for ages to replace my old 530 but just could not find the right car. After talking about my needs Pat recommended looking at the 640d as well which was just coming in. I have to say it was love at first sight and after a little haggling we agreed a price and Warranty package. At that point I would also like to recommend chatting to Reece. I mentioned to Pat I was using Cash and a Loan from my bank and after a chat Reece got me a better deal with Motonovo for the loan. I must add I am a mortgage broker so I know a fair bit about loans and have always got my own finance in teh past but this deal lowered the payments to under £200 a month which feels way better than Lloyds at £210. Both Pat and Reece made the buying experience smooth and easy and I have the knowledge that I have a 3 year warranty with RAC if the worst happens as it is a second hand car after all. They will be my first stop next time I am looking for a car.

I’ve bought my BMW 320i convertible from Car Link and the process was very pleasant. Reese is a true professional and answered every question and I asked loads. The car was handed over in superb condition. It was well worth the drive from London.
A few days later a random warning message popped up on my dashboard but I totally panicked as only had the car for a few days. I contacted Car-Link in some trepidation due to their 300 mile distance from our home in North Yorkshire. I need not have worried. The whole purchasing experience from Car-Link was made simple and straightforward by Reece, who, without pressure, convinced me the vehicle I was asking about was a real gem, even though I’d not yet been able to look at any photographs. Within hours of seeing photos of the Mercedes, a couple of phone calls with Reece and the essential web-checks of the company, we felt confident enough to secure the vehicle with a deposit (their status as an RAC ‘Partner’ gave us final re-assurance).
