I was strolling through auto trader online and came across car link with a stunning looking Mercedes, I messaged through a chat link which I soon had a reply back, then I had a email from Paul, so two days later I went to see the car, well what can I say it was stunning, I’ve never seen a 9 year old look brand new, the valeting team they have they should be proud of, so I went for a test drive with Paul, after the test drive I thought it’s mine, so I arrived back at the dealership, and I met Reece who organised my finance, no pushy sales tactics, I put a deposit down as I didn’t want anyone else having it, so finance all sorted, and great contact from Reece and Paul, I’ve just collected it, again as promised it’s been served and mot, plus I’ve extended the warranty with ease, and the car has been cleaned again to a great standard, please ignore the negative reviews, I find you treat people how you expect to treated and you get that back, well you do with Paul and reece, as I can not fault these guys.i have not met her but only spoke to her on the phone Paul’s other half always been helpful.

I had the good fortune to have an electrical problem with my car on 3 June 2024 outside your garage.
..From the young man on reception to the mechanic who dealt with it in 30 mins….everybody was so professional..the temporary repair got me to Torquay and home again to Bexhill..400 miles round trip.Please send my thanks to the mechanic..( smart middle aged guy with great head of grey hair!)..from Richard with Peugeot 207cc

Picked up our new family car from Paul this week. We visited Car-Link on Saturday as Paul had several cars we were interested in. All were well presented – Callum’s valeting was exceptionally good – interior, bodywork and engine bay all looked like new. Many low mileage, full service history cars to choose from. The team were patient and helpful as we viewed several cars in the convenience of a covered showroom. The RAC inspection was thorough and gave piece of mind. Paul was committed to ensuring the car left the forecourt in the best possible condition. Great service. Happy customer.

Came down 2nd November to trade in a Peugeot and buy a Citroen on finance.
From the initial phone call the service, professionalism and friendly nature of all at car-link was 2nd to none . Met on arrival and treated so well it was definitely a well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. A car sales with a difference. Well presented forecourt, friendly & helpful advice, all questions & queries answered without hesitation. Best of all there is no pressure selling. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased after a long search to find the right vehicle, Reece was very knowledgable & helpful, we had a very minor problem which was dealt with promptly & efficiently. Overall the experience of buying was very pleasurable & we will certainly recommend & return in the future.

Mainly Paul dealt with selling me an Audi Q3. After bad experiences with other garages I’m very cautious when deciding who I give my money to. People buy from people and Paul gave me the trust & confidence and I decided to purchase the car with no hesitation. The other colleagues were really helpful and informative when it came to advice regarding part exchanging my car. I had a very minor hiccup with the Audi, they reviewed and rectified the car immediately. You’ll be in safe hands when buying a car from this garage.

The team and Reece at Car-Link where so professional and friendly. There was no hard sale tactics and they worked to my timeline to have the car ready. I couldn’t be happier with the car and service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were due to travel home after our holiday and the engine warning light came up. Plan A , since we were just on border of Ferndown, was to find a local garage/ service centre rather than use breakdown cover we phoned one place up, they said they’d ring back, they didn’t. However en route we saw this place and thought we’d give them a try. Glad we did. Friendly service with diagnostics and fix done for a reasonable price within the hour, McDonalds just next door so the kids were happy at lunch. Fault gone and ~200 mile journey home completed.

Booked a MOT and Service on my Ford Puma – kind and welcoming staff, professional service. I will be coming back for my future MOT and repairs.
